L aprima a New York si è svolta sabato alle 13. La sala era piena e alla fine della proiezione il pubblico in sala ha creato un intenso scambio di domande e risposte con il regista.
Le reazioni al film sono state molto positive e si aspetta la proiezione di lunedì al Lincoln center!

After the warm reception at the 57th Berlin Film festival of our new feature film, we wish to inform you of the upcoming North American PREMIERE of:
SHELTER (RIPARO)

When Anna and Mara come back from a holiday abroad they find out that Anis, a young Moroccan has been hiding in their car in order to cross the border. Anis, taking advantage of Anna’s unexpressed wish for a child, will gradually enter the two women’s home and lives.
This bittersweet story explores our complex society based on work, globalization, ethnic interaction and on how social differences are still strong enough to deeply affect human relationships as well as people’s wishes and affections.
